Data Collection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of May 2018, the data collected through are strictly confidential and will only be used for the purposes of organising the VSE Annual Conference in Strasbourg 2019. Data will be anonymised to evaluate the Conference, and will be processed and stored by the organisers, France Victimes and Victim Support Europe. Parts of the data may be shared with sub-contractors for the purposes of organising the social events.
Therefore, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and with the Data Protection and Privacy Act of January 1978, you have a right to object (article 26), to access (articles 34 to 38), to correction (article 36) and to delete all data about yourself. To exercise your rights granted by the Data Protection and Privacy Act, you can contact our Data Protection Officer, Candice Le Guilloux (you will have to justify your identity):

Victim Support Europe will save submitted contact data for a maximum of 12 months after the campaign for the single purpose of inviting former participants to future conferences and campaigns.
